4. Yang Berbahagia Dato' Romli Ishak, Chairman of KBI Properties Collaboration Supports ENCORP’s Long-Term Growth Through Potential Strategic Developments
KUALA LUMPUR, May 13 (Bernama) -- Encorp Berhad (“ENCORP”) a property development group with diversified interests across construction, investment property and facilities management, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with
KBI Properties Sdn. Bhd. (“KBI Properties”) to explore strategic partnership opportunities and potential collaborations in the property development sector.
KBI Properties is a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Koperasi Belia Islam Malaysia Berhad and is principally involved in property development and construction-related activities.
The exchange of the MOU was signed by
Encik Ahmad Harzimi Mohd Taib, Group Chief Executive Officer of ENCORP, and
Encik Azman Mohd Salleh, Director of KBI Properties, and was witnessed by
Dr. Wan Ahmad Rudirman Wan Razak, Member of the Board of Directors of ENCORP,
Yang Berbahagia Dato' Romli Ishak, Chairman of KBI Properties, as well as the management and representatives of ENCORP and KBI Properties.
The MOU establishes a framework for cooperation between both parties to jointly explore and assess strategic development initiatives and projects of mutual benefit. Under the collaboration,
ENCORP and KBI Properties will leverage their respective expertise, manpower, information and operational support to evaluate suitable opportunities that may contribute to the long-term growth of both organisations. Chairman of ENCORP, Encik Mohd Yusmadi Mohd Yusoff commented, “This MOU reflects ENCORP’s continued commitment to expanding our strategic coalition and exploring value-accretive opportunities that complement our long-term growth plans. Through this collaboration with KBI Properties, we aim to identify potential developments and initiatives that can leverage the strengths, expertise and market reach of both parties.”
